from 411 reviewsI broke one of these rods earlier in the year and ordered another to replace it. That one has been stuck in the abyss that is the USPS for a long while and still don't have it yet. While waiting, I went ahead and purchased another one and paid extra for UPS shipping. If that doesn't tell you what I think of these rods I'm not sure what will. This one in particular is a great crank bait rod, while not having the same parabolic bend like some others I have, it is stiff enough to handle a bigger fish, like a wiper, latching onto your bait and at the same time takes out some of the sensitivity that you don't really want in a crank bait rod anyway. I have lost fish on other rods while fishing crank baits, but I have lost less than what I can count on one hand with this model over the last year.

This is my third Vexan, they are excellent rods and great customer service!

As always product is great! Beautiful rod and very durable

Thank You Lizanne for your outstanding customer service and support! The Vexan Bass rods are the best I’ve used in my 50+ years of fishing. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free Phat Boy crankbait with my recent order! I can see this bait catching a lot of fish in my area and the other lakes I fish. Great looking Crankbait!

I have three of these rods for Musky, all 9ft telescopic. They are great! They collapse down to about 7.5ft which make them very easy to handle and store. I somehow broke the tip on one of them and TI warrantied it without any issues. They handle small and large bucktails, spinner baits and rubber baits without any issues. Try one, i think you'll be happy with their performance.

Best customer service. They went way above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend. Love the rod. Get them a try. Thank you Dan

Very nice, light but strong and doesn’t break the bank

Made two separate orders, but got the same lure rice. Would be nice to get different lures with separate orders. Otherwise the lure (TWO) is nice.

Looks like a good design, can't wait to use them.

I have the 7’ Casting which I got to use mainly for Sturgeon. It’s a great rod with a soft tip to detect bites, but plenty of power to land large Sturgeon. I could see this rod also working great for live bait Musky Fishing too!

I own a variety of the Walleye rods. I mainly use the 7’4” ML and the 8’6” Medium trolling rod for lead core. Both rods are fantastic with the spinning rod having one of the best “loads” I’ve had in a rod which is great for keeping Walleyes and Smallmouth pinned. The trolling rod works great, I mainly use it for light leadcore and have landed fish up to a 62” sturgeon!
