Very well made heavy casting rod ordered no special shipping had rod in my possesion in 3 days fast . Ordered from Vexan, and the first fishing rod I received arrived broken in transit. I reached out to customer service to explain what happened, and they immediately helped me out and sent a replacement. When the new rod showed up, complete and in perfect condition, I was ready to head straight out and start fishing.
