Official Rules for the Fishing Frenzy Sweepstakes

1. Eligibility

The Fishing Frenzy Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Michigan, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Tackle Enterprises (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

Tackle Enterprises, 796 1st Ave SW, Britt, IA 50423.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon meeting all eligibility requirements.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CT on December 5th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 7th, 2025. (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter, scan the QR code and complete the entry form with your name, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries using bots, macros, or scripts will result in disqualification.

Marketing Disclosure:

By submitting an entry, you consent to receive promotional emails from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time. Your decision to opt out will not affect your ability to enter or win.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without scanning the QR code, visit ICE SWEEPSTAKES TERMS & CONDITIONS – VEXAN® and complete the free AMOE form. All AMOE entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period and will be treated the same as QR code entries.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about December 11, 2024, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 10 days of notification. Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance and use.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control jeopardizes the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical issues of any kind.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.vexan.com.

14. Disputes

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hancock County, Iowa.
