After my initial order arrived damaged, the customer service team at Vexan shined brightly. My new rod was shipped very fast and arrived in perfect condition. Straight out of the tube, the quality of the rod was evident. Solid construction and a crisp green finish on the blank. I immediately threw on a preloaded 3000 spinning reel and put it to work.
