The Fishing Frenzy Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, and Michigan who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Tackle Enterprises and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of such persons are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

The Sweepstakes begins on Nov 6, 2024 and ends on Nov 8th, 2024. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

To enter, scan QR code and enter email and phone number. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. No automated entries, scripts, macros, or other mechanical or electronic means of entry are allowed.

Winners will be selected at random on or about December 11th from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designee. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 One (1) $200 Visa Gift Card and Fishing Gear Package valued at $400. Total prize ARV: $600.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 10 days, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor and its agents may use their name, likeness, entry, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval, where permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or technical errors of any kind.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of IOWA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hancock, IOWA.
